Merchant subscriptions and messages

When self-service signup is available, the trial begins when the account is created and normally lasts 72 hours, with 25 reward slots and 25 SMS credits. Reaching the reward allowance pauses new awards without ending account access. Master admin may extend the trial time; an extension does not reset usage or grant messages.

A message-first reward counts once when a selected channel accepts it. A failed but usable link keeps its allowance slot reserved until acceptance or cancellation while unclaimed. QR-only issuance counts immediately. Cancelling a counted link does not refund usage; claiming a link does not count it again. Existing customer rewards and history remain available when a merchant changes the trial program or reaches its commercial limit.

Paid usage follows calendar months in Asia/Amman. Existing redemptions remain available at the allowance and are included in displayed usage; there is no automatic overage charge. Subscription and add-on inquiries are requests, not payment or activation. Protected administration records the paid plan and its starting and ending dates.

One complete SMS message uses one credit, including multipart Arabic messages. Provider acceptance is a sent result, not proof of handset delivery. Uncertain sends retain their identity and pending credit until resolved or reviewed; they are not automatically repeated. Unused trial, free and purchased credits carry over without expiry under the current policy. Trial non-OTP messages include the merchant’s verified phone in an immutable test footer.

Stand loyalty

Each Stand merchant uses its assigned Points or Stamps program. Points are loyalty value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and provide the JOD discount displayed for the selected redemption. The customer explicitly reviews and confirms the redemption. A completed redemption cannot be canceled by the customer; the merchant can reverse it when the discount or free service was not provided. Corrections and reversals remain visible in the audit history.

In a Stamps program, one qualifying paid visit earns one stamp after merchant approval or an explicit merchant award. Completing the displayed threshold grants the named free-service reward. A free service does not earn a stamp. Stamp progress and available free rewards have no expiry in the first release. Wallet is optional; opening a Wallet return link does not earn or redeem value automatically.

POS receipt memberships

Moshtare LP records merchant-issued loyalty points. Points are not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Each merchant controls its earning rate and the discount value of a point. Points may be redeemed only as a discount on an eligible purchase and may be adjusted by an auditable merchant reversal.

The customer must authenticate the store-specific membership before a claim. Google Wallet is optional and is not required to retain points. Static NFC links do not prove physical proximity; customers should claim only while participating in a checkout initiated by the merchant.

Deleting a membership permanently revokes access to its balance. A later earn creates a new membership and does not restore deleted points.
